LOW-VOLUME PUMPS

Special Application Pump:

Neptune Model 490-S and 500-S hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps are built to deliver very low flows, repeatable and accurate ranging down to quarts per day.  Discharge pressures are higher than are possible with mechanical diaphragm pumps.  Explosion-proof models are available for use in hazardous atmospheres.

These pumps are especially popular in oil/gas production, oil recovery and petroleum refineries.  Typical applications include the injection of antifoam agents and corrosion inhibitors at very low volumes but high pressures.

POLYMATE BLEND AND FEED SYSTEMS

Neptune's PolyMate uses the proven MixMate multi-stage system to mix and activate polymer.  Provides a high degree of mixing and activation efficiency.  Mixmates can be purchased separately or as part of a package.

The MixMate consists of a high energy mixing module with one or more static mixers.  A typical unit includes a water control valve and flow indicator.

Neptune's PolyMate packages a MixMate with either a solenoid or motor driven pump and all required accessories for pump and water control.   The chemical metering pump accessories include isolation valves, strainer and calibration column.

PORTABLE FEEDERS FROM NEPTUNE

Model MT-30 features a 30 gallon polyethylene tank and rugged molded polyethylene base with Exe Grab handles to ensure portability.  The compact 2' long x 3' wide x 30" high size allows the system to be placed in areas where space is a concern.  Tank include a dome top with 8" manway, polypropylene suction piping with isolation valve and "Y" strainer, plus a valved isolation connection for optional calibration column. Optional mixer is available.
